Nobody wants that contract.

The Fins will need to take the cap hit

A post June 1st release gets you 2years to spread it out unfortunately you can not use the money at the start of free agency but you could spend the cap you save for rookies then use the post 6/1 money for that.

Apparently no team has won their division in NFL history with a 30m plus cap hit until the Bills did it this year and its $71m 28th worst in the league.

Joe Brady Bills OC to interview with NOS and NYJ

Take a hard pass on both Joe NYJ is joke and the media will love you for a week until you don't turn their scrub QB into JA17(See Brian Daboll NYG)

Take a hard pass on NOS as well with an aging roster cap issues and no QB your walking into a meat grinder.

I am pretty sure Peg's is going to give you a big raise after you win the SB

Shad said in his presser if the right coaching candidate said working with Trent B would be an issue and he had a better workable idea TB would be out as GM

How about the Titans firing their GM but not their coach.

I think the Bills did it the right way Pegs hired McD as Coach

McD then hired the GM....Brandon Beane.....they have one of the best working relationships in football.

They also know their role....McD is the voice of the team during the season.

Beane becomes the voice when the season ends.

Just the way it should be. Pollian and Levy were the same way in the 80's and 90's

I really hope Brady sticks around for a few more seasons. I get that the goal of any coach is to eventually become a Head Coach, but it seems like the ones that have been the most successful have had more than one and a half good seasons as a coordinator. His resume will look a lot better after 2 or 3 Super Bowl wins.

It is always good to go through the interview process so your prepared for the moment a job you want pops up.

Dabs found out you can't turn a sows ear(Dan Jones) into a silk purse.

Shoen found out some RB's are worth a big contract and some QB's are not.

I think the Jets hire an experienced coach this time...lets hope its Wrex although I like him as a TV personality

Besides I think it is a testament to the Bills culture that so many guys get interviews and jobs.

Like Dan Morgan President and GM of the Panthers started as Trainee in Buffalo rose to AGM then got the Carolina job...probably helped that he was a Panthers legend.

That team will win the NFC south next year...you read it here first.

Chargers at Texans = Chargers
Steelers at Ravens = Ravens but man this one is tough
Broncos at Bills = Bills
Packers at EAGLES = EAGLES (duh)
Commanders at Buccaneers = Buccaneers
Vikings at Rams = Rams due to home field, if they go to Glendale I take Vikings.
