Can a 103 mm throttle body on existing factory intake maniflod?
I have an existing manufacture's intake manifold, I bought a 103 throttle because my current throttle body hestiate on accleration. the 103 will mount up to the existing manufacture intake manifold however it idles high and it surges. I ask the tuner for a tune but he indicates that it will not work on this size of engine. I was just wondering if anyone tried to upgrade orginal throttle body to 103mm an had success with it? I have a 2010 SS LS3 6.2L

It won't fit on a stock intake. It might bolt up and plug in, but it won't work.
