Expensive for sure. I'd much rather put that money towards the engine for this cae but it still tempts me.

Heh, I've yet to see a better wheel design than the SS 1LE. It's just perfect, plus it matches the car's lines in every way. Even if I had a ZL1, I'd put these same wheels on. I'm slow to get bored by perfect designs anyway, takes me several years
But, when the time comes, I'll hit up your shop that you'll sure have opened by then

They are a really nice design, along with the ZLE wheels. Wish MRR didn't drop the M716 or I'd have grabbed another set. My only gripe with the 1LE wheels is I wish the offset was a little more aggressive.

Seems that there are always one or two vendors on every site that are a bit shady. On the GTO forums there was a guy that was selling "car polishes" that he claimed he created. I think someone claimed that he was just mixing polishes/waxes from different brands and selling them at a markup. Someone went so far as to expose his fake degree at a school that he was never enrolled in.

But as for the wheels, while the looks are important I would go with the ugliest "my-little-pony" wheels if they were really cheap carbon fiber. I also figure the OEM on my ZL1 are fine, so the only upgrade I'd be looking at is for carbon fiber. I understand they run between $5K and $10K at the moment, so I think I'll stick to the OEMs for now.

What size spacers did you end up running on this to get them flush to the fender? I briefly recall skimming your original post.

I don't know about better than any other but they do look good, the problem is that there are no custom offsets or widths. You get standard OEM offset and width and that's it.
