Cam and D1x Power guess
Alright guys, she’s in the shop right now getting Pistons and rods, btr stage 3 supercharger cam, and Circle D 3600 stall.
I’ll also be swapping out the pulley on the D1x for the 3.85 which i’m told should make about 15 psi. My other mods are fore innovations dual in tank fuel pump, lt4 hpfp, lt4 injectors, kooks 2” longtubes. Right now i’m back on pump 91 octane but i may be going back on e85 if my fuel system can support it. What are y’all’s guesses on power? i’m praying to the good lord i can make it to 900 |

IMO, 900 wheel at 15 psi would be extremely impressive esp without meth or race gas

I'll say 840 because I think your high side is going to hold you back on E85.

You will be out of injector and high side pump before making 900 unless you run 15.00 per gallon ms109. 91 won't be enough octane for that power and E85 will require at least FIC +30 injectors and a LPE DI pump...and even then you might need to mix it to E60. For full E85 likely will need Port Injection or XDI DI system.

I give it 3 days on 91 before you turn it into a boat anchor...

If you leave that pulley on, you’ll need to run 101 all the time. 800 wheel is about the limit on 93 octane assuming 10:1 compression and a blower cam with no overlap. So 101 will get you some wiggle room but you’ll have to change the pulley for less boost in order to run 91 octane on the street IMO. KingLT1’s post was money, as usual.

youd have to switch not only fuels, but blower pulleys and tunes.
