Norwegian Lefse
Yesterday when organizing my storage racks in the garage, I found a box with my grandmothers old rolling pins and flip stick for making Lefse. I decided today I’m going to make some with these 60 year old implements. I always looked forward to my grandma‘s Lefse every time I went over, rolled up with some butter. It was my favourite thing.

Oh heck yeah!! My mom used to make something like that when we lived in Germany, and when we came back to the states. I too still have all her "old" cooking utensils and recipe's.
