Hi there. Long time Camaro guy. Had a 01 Z28 then a 2010 SS for a few years. Got rid of it and drove a Cruze for the last few years. I commute 50-100 miles a day and it's a good little DD. Gonna keep it as my beater and save the Camaro for weekend use!

BTW if you want a good laugh check out this thread I made on the Mustang site right before I bought. And yes, I WAS considering a Mustang even though I'd probably regret it and trade up soon after to a Camaro. Wow, the majority of the Mustang crowd are immature, insecure, hostile little haters!

I was relieved when about 5 or 10 of the guys in the thread were good reasonable people.

I glanced through a few pages of your post over there, yup nothing's changed but some good people there as well. You get that everywhere you go though.

I had a 07 GT Vert and was not impressed had the car for one summer. Post some pics when you can!

Congrats and welcome as well. Lol, you were right about the thread being a good laugh. A lot of Mustang owners around here seem to be younger college age kids who seem to think there poo don't stink. I wont lie though I really dig the look of the new white mustangs with black rims and something about the taillights and the lines on the car. But no regrets with my new Camaro as well.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
