whatever that red thing is, it sucks. I hope they dont ruin the Charger with that front end!

1) That's a Charger
2) the abbreviation for 2015 is '15, apostrophe goes in place of rest of the numbers. Denoting it as 15' means it's a fifteen foot long car. That ' after a number means feet, " after a number means inches when used that way. Example: One and one half feet is equal to 1' 6", or another way, a 74 inch (or 74") tall person is 6' 2" .
