Differential Fluid Changes

So I own a 2011 Chevy Equinox, and we've put about 60k miles on it (no towing). The guy at the Lube Center said we were due for a diff fluid and power steering fluid swap (he said nothing about the transfer case or transmission fluid swap which was listed in the manual), and I was looking for some input on whether or not it's kinda early.

Based on input from my friends and what I've read online, I'm thinking of just having them do the Transfer case and Transmission fluids. Just looking for some more informed opinions.
