Colored circles on the circumference of rims

.. how are they done? I noticed some Forgestars with a colored ring around the edge (eg. white/silver/red colored) - how do people do these rings? Thanks!

you could tape it off and paint it or you could use some pinstripe paint to achieve the same affect.

They make decals for that,I tried doing it with wide pinstripe and it's pretty hard to do a perfect circle,even though I have been pinstriping for 44 years.
