Usain Bolt To Aid GT-R Development, Auction Golden Example For Charity

Recently, Bolt partnered with Nissan in a new advertising campaigned called What If. Presumably, the campaign would pose “What if” questions featuring Bolt, the GT-R (Bolt’s personal car) and other Nissan-related entities in the mix.

To help kick off the new campaign, which also features Formula One driver Mark Webber, Bolt today signed a special deal with Nissan to extend his role as brand ambassador for the GT-R and to become honorary “Director of Excitement” for the automaker.

Every person who says its ugly is just jealous of the performance, because the car looks fine. Its not even subjective. 'HURRR GTR UGLY' is just tiring to see every time. Although that colour is disgusting. Like a soft poop yellow there.

The real problem with the GT-R is the uninspiring exhaust note. Twin turbos and not a sound of the scrolls....

+ But there are very man better looking cars out there. I wish they would have been much more bold with futuristic with a design. It sort of looks like someone took a Maxima and chopped it into a coupe and then tried to make it look like a GTR.

Very nice looking cars but imo the looks nowhere near match the incredible performance.

What? that's like saying "anyone who thinks Rosie O'Donnell is ugly is just jealous of her millions".

The pic above IS an ugly angle of the car. There's no ifs or buts that the front view of the car (arguably the most important) is ugly. Other sides of the car aren't as bad IMO. From the front, there is no elegance, no machoness, no hotness, no extraordinariness, no aggressiveness about it. It looks like a Nissan Maxima.



I think that people who use the "he's just jealous" retort, simply cannot comprehend contrary opinions and have no better explanation for them.

I admit, that exhaust sounds phenomenal.

But I call on the "it feels more powerful". No mate, it's the damn exhaust foolin your brain. Before = mouse sound, after = F1 roar.

There's no way you're going to be able to tell the difference in the +10-15HP you're going to get with an aftermarket exhaust on a 500hp car. Gimme a break!
