Spay/neuter contracts...

Any lawyers on the boards? Been trying to find out if spay/neuter contracts are enforceable in Iowa, not having much luck on my own though... All the pet laws seem to just relate to getting them rabies shots, or when you can/can't kill an animal that may be a pet etc.

Reason I want to know is that I eventually plan on getting a house out in the country. Once I have said house, I'll be wanting to get a few outside dogs and cats of differing breeds and let them breed (to provide more natural and healthier hybrids). I don't plan on selling any offspring for profit, though I may give some away as I won't be able to keep ALL of these animals around.

Anyway, I'm thinking I could probably get away with just signing the contract and not getting the animals fixed, as I signed a contract for my maine coon, got him fixed, but the breeder didn't require any sort of proof that it was done. Just wondering if I could find legal precedence to cover my butt in case a nosey breeder somehow finds out that I let the animals breed...
