So, if you guys wanna play a REAL first-person-shooter the way they're supposed to be played, with mouse and keyboard, here's something for you. Quakelive open beta. Sign up, it's free!

Don't get discouraged if you get raped in the beginning. Quake has a stronger learning curve than for example Halo (think about it as a torque curve, Halo is like a Mustang V6, Quake is like a Camaro V8), but the more you get into it and learn how to handle the movement, using the weapons, timing the items etc the more fun it is!

please keep in mind this is a beta version, it's not final. you might run into problems connecting & queueing. apparently they didn't expect this many users and the servers are kinda sloppy. check twitter/quakelive for updates.
