I agree that the section was cool, but I would still like to see some open critiquing of the cars, not flat out fanboyism. This show is better than any other car show on american TV right now and I will watch it, but there are some nuances of the BBC version that i dont think they should stray from such as the "some say...." portions of the stig

First half hour was ok....the Evo was dayummm (that was impressive)didnt care to much for the last part, but the dog was EPIC!

They still need to get rid of the Fat guy that has no man voice and the guy the burns up the clutch and not the tires. Can't they get some talent from Spike TV (Horsepower TV) or Speed Channel? Maybe it should be a 30min show, I'm glad I DVR 'em so I skip the BS.

I would have loved to see one of the younger guys from horsepower tv replace one of these dudes. Even the guy that used to host trucks could do this.

Well, it was pleasant, the opening bit with the mitsu has been done a couple times already on the original series so I was let down yet again by Tankster Fuast and his "Stick to the script" animatronics throughout the show.
 The comment in reference the the Japanese ZERO: "mitsubishi had a great idea..lets build something quality and crash it into a ship".... I find a bit offensive...especially considering December the 7th is right around the corner.......(poor taste). The whole Al Boreland in an Aston Martin??? Thats like sticking Red Green in the space shuttle.....Sorry I dont think the "FLANNEL MANIMAL" has carnel knowledge of such machines so I dont take anything he says seriously.  The guy whos name I never know and dont want to (Red T-shirt Trek Guy that gets killed..yada yada) needs to go back to what ever he did before...NO PASSION and NOOO delivery on the jokes....Obama would be funnier and can most likely drive better.  LIKES: The friggen blind guy rocked...and I'll say it also...THAT DOG..THAT FABULOUS FRIGGEN DOG!! Screw Benji....that mutt needs to be a regular on there....how about a DOG in a small car?    STIG looks like hes been spending a little too much time at the all you can eat buffet.  The cinematography seemed better this time.....and it was well thought out...to me it just seems that the hosts are not a good fit.
