I agree. I haven't had the opportunity to interview anyone yet, but I wouldn't see calling as a bad quality at all. When was this interview?

Monday... Said they had 4 people testing for the same job. Said they would let me know something on friday... I dont want to call and be annoying.

you would feel like crap if one of the other folks called..and actually got it because they showed initiative by calling

Thats the thing that really is starting to bother me.... I was told that they would help getting our first job. Well...... They haven't... i mean the instructor I had was great and he gave me all the leads he said he knew but have come up with nothing... the only thing was that one i did the road test for.... and the rest i have called require at least one year. looks like i may have to use my "connection" after all.. :(

I really didn't want to have to do that...

I called the driving school "cordinator" if he knew where i should try and he said uh.......... have you tried werner or swift

Not necessarily... Following directions is good, but most employers would rather have an employee that they didn't feel like they needed to babysit.

I leave anything past that to the guys with more experience than me.
