Gotta say Jason Garrett was a class guy at the end of the game.
Yea, I felt like the ball moved around from hitting the ground but when he tried to control it by bringing it back to his chest the ball came out but hey, I'm no ref! Thank God ! Lol...

I didn't say I heard it from you! I heard it from Cowboys fans on the nfl page and FB. I just found it funny how they could say "stop blaming the refs" to Lions fans, but then they say "we got cheated by the refs!" The very next week. Karma is a biitch!!

Oh , ok! Even though the decision in the lions game was when there was still 8 mins left ! So the Detroit just couldn't do anything! But yea, crazy stuff in both games!

I love Dez and he is amazing. On a 4th and 3 your job is to secure the catch at all costs. He made a silly, crazy, ridiculous catch then tried too hard to extend for the TD. The ball moved and was loose. By rule it was incomplete, the right call. Weird, he won the matchup, caught the ball, but he didn't. NFL has some rule issues that need looking at.

mlee , They said that he didn't make a football move but he took 3 steps! A professional WR brought this up! So I think it's unclear and therefore up in the air ! 50/50 am I right? Even though it should be clear with 3 steps that it was a football move therefore a catch! Crazy ! And another reason why you don't leave it up to the refs like I said!

2 steps and then a fall is one thing but 3 steps is a catch.should have been a fumble recover because he did catch the ball. he had control on 3rd step after 3rd step he fell to ground. and really he was not trying to break his fall. He was going for the reach for td but ground impact came faster and when he hit the ground the ball move and hit the ground.
He was in the act of making another play after the catch.

Im a cowboys fan but if we had score right before half I felt we would win.
Also that Murray fumble Hurt....
Great season though!!!!

Three steps, knee down, and he was reaching for the goal line. Not sure how that's not a catch.. It's not the same as the Calvin Johnson play everyone keeps talking about either. But whatever.. wouldn't surprise if Green Bay got destroyed next week. I thought the Cowboys were the only real challenge to Seattle going back to the Super Bowl.

I just hope they can bring back both Dez and Murray next year. :/

Number of steps doesn't matter. He was in the process of making the catch and falling down. Once the ball hit the ground it's a no catch. Now if he had made the catch and made a deliberate stretch and reach toward the goal line it would be different and the point could be made that he was lunging for more yards. That's the big question with this call.

Kind of thought the extention of the ball was a football move, because the ball can't extend itself can it? Whatever it was a good year.
