There was a time that I could tell you about every car on the road that came at me. Those were the good old days before they started watering down companies with TOO many different types and/or kinds of cars. I liked the good old days myself...

I like the older body styles the most anyway. A few of my favorites were the 64 Impala, 63-67 Vette's, 63-67 Nova's.

I like almost everything late sixties... Chevelles, Camaros, Chargers, Mustangs etc with '69 and '70 as the favorites... except for 'cudas and challengers ( late starters )

Hopefully they'll kill off the Solstice, badge the Sky as a Pontiac, drop the G8 base and make it only Performance oriented. Take whatever products from Saturn that were selling well and badge them as Pontiacs. Make Pontiac a limited production brand and only allow high volume dealerships to sell them. If they liquidate any other brands GMC (i know it won't happen, but i can dream), Buick or Saab. They shoud merge the best sellers from those brands into their core. Or something to that effect.

I don't know why this is news, they said in their restructuring plan last month that Pontiac would go to 4 models, G8, G5, Solstice and Vibe.

I hate to see Pontiac go. My first 2 cars I bought by myself was a 99 Grand AM and a 2004 Gand Prix. I wanted a GTO before I knew anything about the new Camaro.
As for Saturn, I was never really a Saturn fan, so I have no problems with it being dropped.

I dont understand why they would keep Saturn, Saab and Hummer. I have never seen a Saab on the streets in my town, and I just hate what GM did with Hummer.

Hummer just isnt what it was 10 years ago. That oldish wide stand and mean style it had was awesome. My first deam vehicle was a Hummer untill GM picked them up and destroyed it. Just my opinion.
