Upgrading the tires is an easy mod, there are going to be owners that will take the car to the limits, others that will never beat on the car. Dodge I guess has left that part up to the owners, and they can pick the tires, maybe rims they want.

Its a bad ass car and I really like them. As far as the tires go I think it was Dodges way of building a killer car abut not allowing their customers to get to carried away on the street with them.mthe speed and times Dodge got out of the car was on a well prepped track with lotsmof VHT and also later runs with slicks. I'll openly admit I have no clue how big a tire the wheel well will allow a person to squish in there. I can say I just mounted a set of BFG Rival 315/30/20 on the back of my ZL1 and they look like steam rollers and stick like glue. I certainly would not be afraid to take on a HellCat with my Z.

Hooking 700 hp and cutting power to launch are two different things.

Different hood. The tail lights are a vast improvement over the previous tail lights in person.

Many folks think a ZL-1 looks like every other Camaro. Some folks spot details...other people ask me how I like my Mustang.

Different hood and if you look at the inner headlights, it is actually an air intake. Can't lie, that's pretty cool.

I've had a person ask me how I like my Mustang, I was in a Charger. Yeah the intake is cool, but aside from the hood its still looking the same as other Challengers, I think Dodge should of switched it up a bit and give the Hellcat its own unique look.

I must say though....the Hellcat had an awesome exhaust sound and it was cool to hear it over and over on the dragstrip. The Hellcat Challenger is by far the most impressive modern muscle car. The ZL1 and GT500 have nothing on it in terms of looks, sound, and presence. The ZL1 can beat the Hellcat around many road courses but the presence of the Hellcat seems to make everything else irrelevant. I'm interested to see what the 6th gen ZL1 brings to the game.

Only the hood, Hellcat badge, supercharger intake opening beside the headlamp, and lower fairing are different which isn't enough to change the looks or presence of the car IMO. They are slight changes in terms of looks, not major easily identifiable body changes. I've seen a couple of Hellcats in person and you have to get up close to even tell the difference and those listed above are it. Besides those exterior changes, its identical to the 15 Challenger SRT.
