Left NY (after 30 yrs.) for this exact reason ... in fact one of the biggest reasons. SO TIRED of shoveling snow and frezzing my b@llz off for 3 mos. a year.

AZ is nice .... should hit about 70* today ...still lower 40's at night but I be at 5000ft.
Still NICE ... no more than 30-40 days of rain a YEAR (if that).... you head out here just be prepared to sell the Lawnmower and snowblower! Not much green out here.
