Cobalts are rattly shitcans. AWD is superior in the snow. It brakes the same as any other car but going/driving and steering are superior. Even over 4WD, there is a difference. Try a ZX3 focus. I had one for 2 years and it was an awesome car. Buying used the most expensive and frequent breakdown are the wheel bearing which are press in so no serviceable hubs. Stay away from anything german and 5 years or older because when they need anything its never cheap.
