I have about 35k miles on my 23 Trail Boss(bought brand new) and it has been mostly trouble free. I've had to deal with the common issues like the coolant hose(terrible design) and warped brake rotors. I'm currently waiting on a new turn signal switch as mine won't stick when I hit it to turn right.
The 2.7L Turbo has been great. Plenty of power when I need it. I had a 2016 Colorado with the 3.6 V6 and I'll take the 2.7L over that engine all day long. Overall, I'm happy with the truck and would consider another one. |

Nice looking. Also seems odd that they can't really get markedly better mileage out of these than a full size Silverado/Sierra with V8.

Trail Boss is lifted with a wider stance and I ordered mine with the more aggressive tires so that's a big part of the reason it gets lackluster fuel mileage.
