It's not a car (or a truck) but;
![]() GPz 750 Turbo It blew away all the other turbo bikes in performance in stock trim. It was the first production bike into the 10's in the 1/4. A quick mod and it's 18-22psi of two wheeled death. Trying to contain that much power on a spindly 140/80/18 rear tire is like trying to force the contents of a 55 gallon drum into a dixie cup. Might as well just get fitted for a coffin or a full body cast Quote:
![]() Okay, how about a truck then? ![]() Never mind the smokestacks and the oak paneling.... In '78 and '79 this was the most Bad@$$ American muscle you could buy new off the showroom floor. It didn't just pimp slap the Corvette, Camaro, Trans Am and Mustang II/Cobra II. It took out the euro-trash too. The LRT ran the quarter mile in 14.71 seconds against the 928 at 15.3, the 911SC at 14.8, the Ferrari at 15.8 and the Corvette at 15.3. Last edited by Beelzebubba; 08-15-2008 at 05:21 PM. |

Damn you.
I remember reading about hte "million dollar car" when I was in high school. I was blown away. My next choices are a combination of the Syclone/Typhoon/Grand National, because Chevy really broke the rules by making turbochargers in an American sports vehicle application and making it work. To this day when I see a Sy/Ty I do fist pumps.
