Like any German luxury/sports car the maintenance cost will eventually tally up. For the price, it better perform on the track.

BTW, I'm just gonna throw this little bit of knowledge out there. Porsche has been complaining about the 5.5 liter Corvette motor used in the IMSA races for a few years now. Wanna know why? It's because they complain that over long endurance races its known to be more reliable than those engines used by its competitors including Porsche.
