If you want to Mod, go with a Mustang. If you want to keep it Stock go with a Challenger.

V6
I'd go Mustang....but really I wouldn't pick any with a V6.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

I'm at 6500 miles in 6 months. Got a light clunk from the rear going into reverse, but other than that I have had zero issues. It's not major enough for me to go to the dealer just yet. I LOVE my car.

Good luck!

I feel your pain, mine is at 4800 miles and leaks oil. So far the dealership haven't been the most helpfull. Also the paint on the hood is cracking. As far as the Challenger check into mystery body dents and mystery interior cracks. My Challenger formed a kink in the header panel for no reason never wet climate controlled 60-75 deg. I like them all but if I could only have one it would be the mustang.

Every problem can be fixed. If it's under warranty why sweat it? If you had to pay out of pocket, I completely understand.

If you set on switching, I'd definitely go with a mustang, I love the new rear tailights. They look so nice at night

No offense but there will be people just like you on the Challenger forum and the mustang forum. There's always problem cars in every bunch. Switching brands doesn't mean you wont get another car with a problem. Sorry to hear you had to be "that guy". I've been there before, and I know it sucks.

Good luck with the next purchase.

and since no one has said it...... Shoulda got an SS

Dude you cant win for losing, If I was you I would go with the Mustang. Get a 5.0, it will absolutely smoke a R/T Challenger for A LOT less money and Ford is American owned!
