Weren't most sold at a mark-up? When you take that into consideration as well as inflation and opportunity cost, his profit margin is actually pretty slim

Probably why he's offloading 'em. What's the use when the collector car market imploded hard and cars like the 69 ZL1 are fetching only 410K at BJ, an overpriced auction house too.

He'll probably make his 'investment' back, but IMO should at least keep ONE of them for himself to drive.. probably did though so much ado about nothing..
