You will need a second Opel as a parts car. Parts for the Opel GT is scarce.
Could be why the car is cheap.

The body looks pretty solid,the only real interior piece that is bad is the dash. And such as motor parts and any other mechanical parts seem easy enough to get and I can do some of the mechanical work
