My uncle had several Camaros in his day, but he also had a Vega. He said he stuffed a worked 383 into it and made it nearly "undrivable" because getting on the gas past half throttle would literally twist the car until it creaked. He said it scared him enough to sell it.

It was one of the best cars to build a sleeper with. I had 2 of them. I had a 72 GT wagon I put a V8 in. Nobody ever suspected it.

lol My sister in law had a wagon that she flipped so many times it wasnt even funny, but Man you put $1 of gas in it & could drive it to Olympia & then to seattle & back lol
