It definitely sounds higher pitched compared to the Camaro. One of the comments on the video of the Mustang says it sounds farty lol and thats exactly the word to describe it. And I used to own a Mustang so I am not just saying that because its a Mustang. The Camaro with the right exhaust setup sounds better imo.

And thanks for the compliment

Some guys are tuning the overlap below 1250rpm to make the car sound cammed at idle.

Same thing the Boss uses with the track key.

I haven't heard the 5.0 in person..but I've heard the old 4.6 that used to be in the GTs. Based on YouTube videos on the 5.0 I have to say I prefer the sound of the 4.6 over the 5.0. The 5.0 leaves a little something to be desired in the tone department, IMO.

Maybe it's just me?

This sounds the best for the 5.0s IMO. Still not as deep and throaty as the Camaro though.

Not much.

Same thing the Ford guys did with the Boss:

They are just playing with the cam "settings" down low in the rpm range. After around the 1250rpm mark the car is tuned for performance.

The tracKey thing is really cool! I'd use that key all the time!
