Yup! I figured out that I wanted to do the 45th with polished and black (mostly likely satin or flat) this past winter ... finally found a set and arranged a deal in March, but it fell through as the guy got busy and didn't order his replacement wheels.

Eventually found another set.

Will let ya know if I end up trading the car and end up needing/wanting to sell the wheels (tires were touted as 500 miles or less ... and am guessing the "or less" is very much appropriate as the tires look new!)

I don't think the person that wants them cares about the tires themselves, as long as the rims look good... I don't think she's in a hurry, either, so definitely let me know!

Evening guys & dolls. Busy day, busy evening. Can't wait to see those wheels on LBM. I also have that kid before Disneyland feeling looking foward to getting my mods on this weekend! Just more proof of the Fountain-of-youth effect of these cars! Sweet dreams everyone.

Here is a quick 'how-to' for embedding YouTube videos:

put the portion of the URL that I show here with the "u2b" in brackets right into your message. The web browser of the viewer will interpret the "u2b" thingies in the brackets to mean that it is supposed to go get a video from the YouTube website. All it needs is the stuff after the first = sign and before any other = sign.

Thanks SSBUSDRVR. I was pretty happy about that too. Good morning folks. Coldest morning yet here today with frost & fog. But it is supposed to warm up to the 80's by Sat so Ruby won't catch cold with her hood up & manifold off. Last day of regular work this week today as tomorrow is a training day.
