Explaining the joke always ruins it, and perhaps this is what you were implying, but I have already been playing "both" sides of the fence for the entirety of my contributions to the thread. I have bumped a thread she hates, but with content that she didn't.

Now, there's folks that play both sides of the fence by openly playing both sides, and that is very hard to conceal on a forum, and does tend to engender negative feelings on all parties.

To do that, I'd say stuff like "she's just ashamed to be associated with Skip" or "she's not so important that changing the name would hurt her PR, this isn't Hollywood", and then follow up with something like "but she, a forum user by any other name, would still post as awesomely".

Thread bumped, vacillation expressed, neutrality questioned, and inane verbosity flaunted.
