Know the feeling. Im doing the reduced carb thing. Lost quite a bit of weight, but I grew up with a tortilla at every meal. Thats gone! The top bun on a hamburger, gone.. don't EVEN mention french fries!!!

Yeah, I know. My my mom, and sisters are all high blood pressure and diabetes. I have to try. Not only that, My bloodline seems to be more susceptible to it. How long have you had it?

About 15 yrs. that I know of but been on insulin for about a 1/2 yr. now
