Every team tries to get an advantage every way they can, stealing signals has been around since signals have been around. Other QB's have stated they like under/over inflated balls and had used them out of spec during the game also. The 'deflategate' playoff game, Brady only scored one td with under inflated balls and several tds after halftime with the correct pressure, so what's the point? They got caught. They paid the price. They have the hardware. Case closed. Move on. All else is just sour grapes.

they got caught cheating, on multiple occasions, but you know, it doesn't matter. That's like saying you caught your wife cheating, multiple times, but who cares. just stay with the whore.

The worse part of it, they didn't need the edge to win......or did they?

Sooooo, there the only team to ever cheat? No amphetimins, no steroids, no pain killers, no Pam spray on jerseys, no too long of cleats, no stickum, by any opponents of the Patriots or water down the field and not cutting the grass when Barry Sanders come to town, in the league? Only the Patriots? I'm not that niave and I don't believe you are either. Like I said, teams have been stealing signs since there have been signs to steal, and other QB's have stated that they preferred the the ball in a 'out of spec' condition. They got caught. They paid the price. They get called cheaters. That's the truth. I'm not all in on the Patriots, there not my team or my favorite team. I can appreciate what they have accomplished over the long term of Belichick and Brady have been together.

There's a little bit of difference between sport/entertainment and a personal relationship. That comparison is a reeaaal stretch. I don't think anyone ever caught a social diseases from 'watching' and being a fan of a football team

Spygate was a little over the top. Trying to figure out what plays the other team is calling throughout the course of a game is gamesmanship.

Recording it and using it to do the same thing is pushing beyond gamesmanship. The other team doesn't have video to watch.

Deflategate however was total .

This was brought about by a news reporter from Indianapolis, also a Colts fan.
Brady's stats were actually perfect in the second half when the balls were given the air. I believe he went 9 for 9.

If these balls were so "soft", the officials touch the balls on EVERY down, and could have stopped to check right away, had they believed they were deflated.

Take away all the points the PATS scored in the first half, and they still win this game easily.

Their defense pounded the Colts offense the entire game.

3 of the Colts balls were also found to be low.
It was cold, the balls contracted, and lost some pressure.

To believe that LT was only great because of cocaine is ridiculous.
Cocaine doesn't make someone that's not athletic, into a super-athletic person.

He did do this off and on for many years in his private life.

I'm not trying to defend that it's a good thing to do, because it obviously is not, but to say that cocaine made him into a great athlete, is like saying Tiger Woods was only great because he had 13 women besides his wife, with whom he could sleep with. Ridiculous.

LT is the greatest defensive player to ever have played the game. Without cocaine in his system, he produced the best season in the history of the NFL by a defensive player.

LT was awesome, no question. If doing blow made you that great of a competitor, there would be hundreds of LT's. Yet there was only one.

It's amazing that to this day most of the fools all crying cheaters don't know why they're saying it, other than they saw a headline somewhere saying so, reminds me of all the snowflakes out protesting in the streets.
The others that may actually have read up on it a little, are just clinging on it and don't want to let go.

1- you do know that the filming they were doing was allowed, just not from the location they were doing it from? therefore, other teams could, would and do...have film as well.

2- Noboody said that the only reason LT was great was because he was addicted to cocaine

3- the "deflated" balls, not worthy of conversation

1. If bending the rules as you see fit is acceptable, why have rules at all?

2. Someone did imply cocaine was the reason. Guess who?

3. I find the scientific conclusion of deflategate worthy of a conversation.

Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water now. That would be taken it to far.. Let's have some common sense and not run off the deep end. Try to keep the logic logical please.
