Understood. I point to Stillwater on Oct 31. Losing early in the season doesn't mean much, and Oklahoma State is still very dangerous.

Tebow didn't throw down feild because he couldn't. I saw him looking. So Florida is in the pack with everyone else. The D still looks good though.

Tennessee played great D, Erick Berry is the best football player in the country for sure.


But don't give them too much credit. Like I pointed out before, if we hadn't had dumb turnovers, penalties and sloppy play like dropped balls we still would have won by 30+ even playing boring football.


And I was at the game, they ran maybe half a dozen deep routes the entire game, and they were more to clear out the safeties than anything else.


I was proud of our D, the missed tackles can be worked on and better this happen early in the season than at the end. Crompton to 11 completions and under 100 yards passing!!! Shit 1/5 balls he threw was picked.



Side Note: 4 SEC teams in the top 10 WOOT WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Techs defense is what keep them out of the game, that is why Mr. Leach went for an onside kick, he knew at that point that his "D" would not be able to stop Texas. Techs offense is one of the only reasons they remained in the game, the other being Colt's miss fires. Any day you can hold Tech to only 24 points, Texas "D" did their job.

Mr. Potts is the best thing going for Tech right now, and if Techs offensive line does not protect him better...he will end up like Bradford! Tech is in the same mode as three, four years ago, "all pass and no run".

On any given day, any team is "beatable", ask USC. It does not matter if Texas won by 16, 10, or 2, all that matters is who got the "W" in their column, and who walked away with the "L".....you should know that from last year....right!

I'd cut FL some slack for that too. I read an article said more than a few of their starters were out there playing with the flu. One guy was on the field with a fever of 101

I'd be freakin laid up with a fever of 101 and all I do is ride a desk...

that was our whole season last year..we didnt get any slack...and the first game of the season..our QB had the flu and played..if you show up to the game and step on the field ..no slack is given...

My Knights won this weekend. It was like a light came on in the 2nd half and we played like a different team out there. Hopefully we can continue that next week against ECU.
