Are we really surprised? After all, we have heard for a long time how Americans trail much of the world when it comes to education. And if you REALLY want to see how ignorant people are, just look at who they are voting for this election. I don't think we could find two worst candidates and yet people still vote for them.

Yes. It's correct.

Milks is plural, Milk's is singular possessive, Milks' is plural possessive. A common misuse of the apostrophe is adding it to a plural noun that is not possessive.
