Well way before my time, but guessing by the lack of front grill and radiator, I would suggest next generation Corvair before Ralph Nadir succeeded in killing it, "unsafe at any speed".

Nope... Hint, It is a Camaro. You can thank fbodfather for that one, I guess he found it in archives and posted here quite awhile back.
