i think your going to. give it 3-5 years. you'll see. it simply makes sense.

and why is it any different from you or I modding our own mustang/camaro? if you owned a parts company and had the money.........would you not play around with a muscle car and do some customizing and suddenly........people say "dude thats awesome if you can make me one ill buy it..." and then something goes off in your head...........hey..........if i can make 50 of these a year......id be banking........

hmmm......

how is it any different?

Because you and I don't slap our names all over it and charge eleventy-billion dollars for the sticker.

I dunno...for every car, there are a few full-do over aftermarket companies that I think need to have rights to the car, and build their versions...but at some point it gets oppressive. The Mustang exemplifies that.

Just lame........

do you know how many different versions of Camaros you could get over the years. From dealership specials to aftermarket companies. There are at least 8 different versions for this new 2010 Camaro right now. Go ahead and look them up and your silly reasoning will put you in the same boat as the Mustang.

I'm aware of how many versions there are, I don't have to look them up--I have a mildly outdated list....but there aren't yet 20 like the 'Stang...and I know it's going to happen sooner-or-later...I just don't like it, but whatever.

"lame"...please. Just cause I think having a million different versions sucks, doesn't mean the cars do! I like 'em! (well...except the stinking Saleens) This Super Snake has performance numbers infringing on those of the ZR1. If it was a factory car, magazines would have a field day!

Multiple versions of a car isn't bad. When no one wants to make anything for your car then it's a problem.

The reason I say lame is because you claim the Mustang has been "whored out" because of the many different versions. Well the 2010 Camaro has been out how long and there well over 15 versions I know of. Might be fun to make a list of them.

All I'm saying is if you think the Mustang is a whore, the Camaro be giving up that booty too.

I think I am a bit lost here, at what point in history did having more variations of a car become a BAD thing?

It's true mustang does have too many options, at least enough to confuse the general public. But its like knocking the xbox 360 for giving you options. It's not a bad thing, its only bad if you are mis-informed and haven't done your own research and didn't know what you were getting. And if thats the case then you can only blame your.

I totally agree options means good.

But just because a shop adds a blower and some JC Whitney body kits, do they really have to change the name of the car?

I mean they never called it a Chevrolet Camaro SLP SS just because SLP did some minor work on it.

Another thing I never understood is why call a car a horse snake to give it a tough name? WTF does that even mean? Is it a hybrid half horse half snake animal? Or, is it a snake with a horse brain? Or a horse with a snake brain? Maybe a snake thats hung like a horse? I dont get it?

Maybe they will make a Dodge Viper Mustang to tell you "man the viper is bad ass, but the Viper Mustang....look out?"

Now Super Snake....Pretty original with the SS as someone pointed out.

Again Im not ragging on the car or what it can do....but its god awful ugly and has a Super Stupid name.
