Both of my siblings have jobs thankfully but they're both fairly entitled people compared to me. My girlfriend and I are convinced if I move out my parents won't know what to do with themselves because all of a sudden there will be so much to do lol

if it's a good shop, I wouldn't have a problem down the road. But I want them to be up front with me. If you are busy and have jobs you are trying to get done, tell me, don't BS me. I can appreciate a busy schedule, I can not appreciate being put off time and time again with some lame a$$ excuse.

Yeah that's exactly how I feel. If some customer raised a massive stink over their car not being done yet just say so. I'll still be pissed off but I will understand
