Actually, don't be fooled by the photos in Australia. They may look ready to go, but all of the testing and validation has yet to go. Can't have cars in CTF that aren't validated and meet all the regs.

I hate to break it to you guys, but you seem a bit behind. There are easily hundreds of thousands of Z28s on the road. They just aren't 5th gens.
