Good morning. Another chilly AM will give away to a steamy afternoon with a chance of pop-up thunder storms/showers. Classic Tennessee summertime weather. Tomorrow we give my childhood home a final cleaning before it and the rest of the land go on sale Monday morning. Happy Friiiiiiiiiiiday morning!

I know how that feels Jan. My sister and I did that several years ago. Our childhood home looked real nice when we were done.

Guess it's just another rite of passage for those of us at this age. So honored to be able to do something to give back a little for what my parents did for me.

Ours won't look that nice. It is still a good solid home but definitely needs work. We are selling it as-is. We are literally just cleaning & the rest will be up to the buyer.

We sold this one as is, but it was actually in excellent shape. My parents maintained their house like I maintain my cars.

My parents did too until after my mother's death & my sister's house burned then she & her husband & their dogs moved in. Things went downhill pretty quickly then. Plus it has been sitting empty for the last 3 years that dad has been in assisted living.

I only had 2 clients show up today so I hit the gym early. I did 2 miles of walk, fast walk, sprint, did some stretching, rested a bit then did a little upper body work with dumb bells then my dance class. I came home & soaked in a lavender infused bath. I feel good but tired. I'm starting to see a little bit of progress. Got to get up early in the AM to go clean the house.

After a chitty day at work, and a little evening yard work, I fired up the spa for the first time this year. That 101° water felt GOOD!

Some cemetaries are very tight, and you cant block the roadways. My grand dad is buried in Lyndhurt NJ and the roadways there can be a little tight. As long as its on actual graves it shouldnt be that bad. Im used to the whole not on the grass thing because on base, you couldnt even step on grass

That spa looks nice Rick! Up fairly early for a Saturday morning to go clean out the house I grew up in. Have a great Saturday. Coffee time!
