Purchase a Grill just for accessories?

Guys....... I have a feeling I might be going down the wrong road but I am getting sucked in by the price and accessories.

I found a Grill on Amazon that is a nice gas grill with cast iron grates. Looks like a fair grill comparable to charbroil. It's no Weber!

Stok SGP2120N Island Gas Grill

The stuff that will fit in the center of the grill is awesome! Here are some....

Stok SIS2050 Grill Vegetable Tray

Stok SIS4000 Grill Pizza Stone

Stok SIS1020 Grills Cast Iron Kettle Insert for Grilling

Stok SIS2071 Grill Chicken Roaster

Stok SIS1030 Grills Cast Iron Smoker/Steamer Insert for Grilling

Stok SIS3000 Grill Kabob/Rib Rack

Marketing on this is great, because I am not in love with the grill, but all the crap I can get for it. I love grilling and this adds another level to the items I can cook all at the same time. So the question I have. Should I spend more money on a Weber and not have the inserts or buy this one with the inserts I would use?

But I could buy these inserts and use them in any grill, just set them on the grate?

If it inspires your cooking creativity go with the gas. Nothing beats the feeling of standing over a grill with a beer while your friends admire your awesome ability to cook meat. I personally prefer a charcoal Weber, but they're not always the most convenient.

But charcoal tastes so much better. Definitely worth the extra work.

If you buy an off brand, something will break and you probably not be able to get parts. Weber is there and will be there for longer than you. The don't do labor on repairing parts but will send you basically an entire grill in parts if they are broken and are under warranty.

Go with the Weber they are worth the extra cost. I have had mine for 12 years and it still works perfectly.
