Has anyone done the rear subframe bushing inserts? If yes how difficult is it and was it worth it?

Washed the car yesterday, it got drove around all day, but within 5 minutes after washing it it was covered in bugs in the front end :( Time to do it all over again.

I'm looking at bikes. I'll probably buy a 2015 KTM Duke 390 for my daily motorcycle when it's warm.. It'll keep miles off my truck.
