1 Degree this morning in Baltimore. The first time I ever saw the notice "HUD is Warming Up". Took 7 minutes to actually start working.

I do happen to like the politics, the people, the fact that no one is trying to take my guns away from me, and NO STATE INCOME TAX. Just saying....

Hey we are suffering in the south also. We had freezing rain earlier in the week and all the local business had to shut down until it melted. Major disaster..... we just are not prepared to handle a weather catastrophe of that scale.

I'm from Long Island. Grew up in North Salem. Somers NY? I went to high school at JFK in Somers NY back in the 70's. Small world.

Like to, but it's plain ole Cortland. About 45 minutes south of Syracuse in the Finger Lakes.

TX/ZL1... I'm with you! My good friend owns a company called Vararam in TX. He's always telling me to relocate. Honestly I may not even stay the 3 years here until my son finishes high school. I'm that fed up with it here. $16,000 property taxes, no guns, traffic everywhere, terrible weather, nasty people, and a state government that constantly rewards you for being on welfare. Generations of welfare families and illegals walking around with more privileges, $800 cellphones, $250 sneakers, then the people paying to support them! Yup I'm done here. NY and CA should be there own country imho, and take all the liberals with them.
