I go to my gym for free, or for a dollar a year. It has a good pool, sauna, weight room, plenty of treads and machines, and cool people. But I'd love to go to a gym like you go to, that sounds fun a heck.

Ever since I was in the hospital last year, I've lost muscle, and it has turned into fat.

Nice, If I wasn't doing th HIT thing, P90x is what I'd be doing. Hit uses the muscle confusion thing also... Good stuff.

Its possible that I've seen them on campus, but with 20,000+ students here, I don't know most of them.

I'm a huge College Basketball fan and OU Basketball fan. I went to OU way back in 7th grade for my Academic Bowl Championship Game. I think we got second. Those were the days.

Very cool... They monitor my heart rate so they know if I'm cheating or over exerting my self... About once a month they take off the Heat monitor and try to get me to puke/fail. It sucks but it really helps break through the plateaus...

Today I did a 10 min warmup, 40 mins in the sand with short hurdles and med ball, then finished with 10 min of abs/core....

yeah i watched the videos and speed up looks intense

and boxing is always fun

thats a hell of a work out for an hour
