The Lamborghini's interior is much much faster than the 'Vettes interior. If I had a Lambo I'd have it katskin'd to slow it down enough to drive.

I'd take a ZR1 with an upside down bucket as a seat.

+1 I would take one with no seat and just sit on the floor.

All of you are missing the point. The ZR1 is complete crap because its interior, although comfortable and useful, is not up to par with the exotics that cost several as much. It is an absolute disgrace that GM let this happen. And please ignore the steel chasis and horrible fuel economy of the LP640, nobody who buys a lambo cares about that. But every Corvette buyer demands a top notch interior.

Maybe to you....I sat in one (yes, I'm special... ) and it was flippin' awesome. Yes, I could live with that each and EVERY day and not get bored of it. Shoot...if I ever did, being that I'd be fortunate to get a ZR1, I'm sure I'd be able to afford doing some custom trim work inside too.Looks like there was a DOA in that crash......no more driver compartment. Yowza.... Quote:

Did you know that without a rear wing, cars immediately flip over at 100?
That's why when you see a Honda with an API AND a Hypertech sticker, they always have a wing. If they just have one or the other- it isn't necessary to have a wing. Lambo's having very fast interiors definitely require a wing. Corvette's having such slow interiors do not require wings. |

The interior adds a lot of horsepower.

The extra 35k also is because of the carbon fiber hood, fenders, roof panel, front fascia, hand assembles LS9 (that has a very underrated potential),carbon-ceramic brake, very beefy six speed. And no the LS9 is far from a supercharged LS3 plus the exotics cost a ton more. If you want 100% Saskatchewan seal skin in your car then you have to pay to play. So like I said I don't drive down the road fondling the interior of my car or looking at how cool it is as I drive, but I love the car for it's performance. If the interior is comfortable, looks decent an not cheap then it's OK by me (Vette get my OK). It seems that most agree with that point and GM will sell to most of us not the few that think it's crap, so they really didn't miss the mark.

The LS9 is a different block with all the weak area's of the LS3 beefed up. thanks for the catch . My bad.
I saw a post that did a great job of explaining all the differances and their are a ton, but I can't find it. Her ya go post #3 http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...&highlight=LS9
