NHL season almost here

Are they gonna go with some ref helmet cams this season? Did I read that they inked that deal??

I haven't read that but I'm not sure it's a good idea from a refs standpoint. If they were to show a missed call from the ref cam you'd wonder how he missed it.

We already see blown calls by refs captured by cams we already have. Can't look everywhere at once no matter where a cam is pointing.

I've seen some ref cam footage and it is thrilling video to watch. I'd like NHL to at least do this for face-offs.

Well sure enough there is a ref cam this year... have to say I liked the view as well. And the Habs beat the Leafs to start the season! Just great

Bruins/Habs is no doubt the better rivalry and always a great game to watch. Probably see you guys in the playoffs again this year.
As for Chara he doesn't seem to be slowing down to me... as much as I'd like him to
