Help me out here, I can't think of it...
So. What is that called when you mix
1 part tonic water 1 part Campari 1 part tequila 1 part ginger ale in a pint glass, add the juice of one lime, garnish with a lime wedge and serve over ice? I can't think of what this is called.

I have no clue. tried a quick google search and the only thing I can find with those ingredients is called Massacre or Mexican Bike Race.
 and those didn't include everything you listed. those are Campari, ginger ale, and tequila mixed together.
