[QUOTE=1320junkie;782516]Like I said let's settle it on the track..cuz those numbers you are spouting..I am turning those times naturally aspirated...put up or shut up..let the big dogs play... I'm not talking about what I seen..I'm talking about what I do..ain't no bench racing here.[/QUO

You argue that you are naturally aspirated, and I can argue you have a 6.2? or so? idk whats in your vette, the cobra is a 4.6 s/c. The cobra had a ported eaton, and a tune.

I do really think people need to get over the fact that the cobra is supercharged. I laugh when I see people with 5.7's , 6.0's, and 6.2's argue that they are naturally aspirated, yet have bigger engines. I will say that I don't like vettes in any way. I think they have power, but are overrated, yes, I said overrated. You pay more for the name, just like most exotics. Why would I want to pay around 70kish for a new z06 making around 505hp, when I can buy a car thats 30kish, buy less than 2k worth of parts, and be running around 600hp..still quite a bit less than what someone pays for their z06, and the base model vette is much less, I know, but still less than that too.

See my friend you have no argument I was not talking about either of the vettes I am talking about my 2010 Camaro...like I said line up your best Cobra or GT500..im not spraying or supercharged..it's all motor, suspension and gears. An you might want to do some research you can have a 2008 z06 that is still on the lot in the 50k range...and there aren't to many cars under 100k that can beat a z06 stock...but..I am willing to travel to a track for the right price...set it up..and I am there...i'm hungry...and I must eat

Each model of corvette puts in numbers that only cars twice their cost can match. They are extremely well priced compared to the real world of cars. A standard C6 is dang fast for the price, the Z06 has been considered the best bargain for power in years, and the ZR1 , well, do I even need to say anything about the ZR1. And I'm not talking just power, handling as well.

Lol...you better take your vette. A stock cobra would still smoke you camaro. You have a larger engine still and more horsepower supposedly. BTW I was talking about a new z06, not used. Try again. Lol...tell ya what, I will work on getting one, and if I get one before christmas or before I get sent out I will let you know at what track and when. Tell ya what, you pick the track. I am out of this thread. It has gotten to be nothing more than lets bash another car.
