I still say "Gift" at your own risk...

This is how I understand it too. Gift=no protection

If anyone read the thread that was just referred to, they'd never send money via paypal, money order or any other way to someone without doing research.................scary

Dont do it, Paypal rules are if the other party stiffs you, you dont have any recompense.
