I think it was a good movie. It definitely had a different spin on it though. I'll just do a short, small review.

Pros:
- As always, sounds and effects were stellar. I've yet to see a movie with as good of effects as Transformers.
- The cars were cool.
- IMHO, I feel like this story was developed a little more.
- The locations of the scenes were pretty cool.
- I really liked the entrance of Bumblebee in the beginning of the movie. Now I see why people clapped at that part.
- They made it extremely obvious that there's gonna be a sequel. So while it does leave you hanging, you know that you'll find out the answers eventually.

Cons:
- They made Optimus Prime kinda dark and sinister in this movie. I didn't really like him much in this movie because of how dark he was.
- The daughter and her boyfriend were annoying as hell. They focused way too much screen time on them.
- I didn't really like how it was getting to the point where it was almost a huge GM commercial.
- It should've centered more around the robots.

All in all, I think it was a good movie. Was it the best in the series? No, I still to this day love the first one. But IMHO it was better than the second and third one. I'd go see it again (and probably will).
