Yes and no? Basically the clean side catch can assy replaced the hose from goes from the intake tube to the back of the driver's side valve cover... The intake system takes in a small amount of crank case air, and under high rpm conditions it can actually pull oil into the intake tube... The hole in the oil cap part of my can is the same size as the PCV orifice to in theory, only let the same amount of PCV air that would normally be ingested by the engine through. The can will have a stainless steel media (put scrubber) jammed into it to give any oil that's pulled out something to coagulate to under high rpms, and hopefully when under normal/easy driving conditions, it's allowed to drain back into the valve cover through the funnel/hole in the cap, rather than being sucked into the intake tube.

Hey New Member Here! Yesterday I wouldve been an official 6er but before I could even get out of bed the dealer called me and gave me the crappy news :-( So i have to wait what they estimate to be another week but I think its going to take even longer. But when she does finally get paroled she's a Deep Magenta Metallic 1LT/RS

beauty board for my trunk and subs setup. its cut and fit tested. need to sand the sub's opening to fit perfectly. after that, I start the project of making MDF into a high gloss finish
