Okay, I'll contribute...

Rack pulls from below the knee today, top end 445.
Followed those up with front squats and reverse hypers.

I'm sure my 43 year old body will pay dearly for that workout in two days. However, seeing the guys in the gym get butthurt because they're only working with 225 is amusing and sad at the same time.

Meanwhile my gym is all set up at the shop except for the bench, dumbbell's and flooring which I'm still using here. Still doing some arm work and lower body, hernia repair feels good but still get a twinge now and then so no deadlifting. Sucks getting old, lol although in reality I feel great if that makes sense.
To help you more, get on the beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 and get a glass of OJ in the morning and one in the afternoon. If you have a tear in your shoulder then that's a different story but just a tear of fibers are some damage, I can give you some advice and help you out. Egg whites 3 to 4 and whey protein will help out a great deal also.

Does that mean. 3-4 more egg whites and more whey than I already consume. Lol. They are part of my daily diet already.

I would, it dose help. less meals and more eggs and whey but add fiber. Like fiber one bars, at first 20% but if that dose not work keeping you regular you can jump up to 35%.

Check out beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 on amazon.com and read the reviews this is a vitamin and mineral supplement. A little $$$ but dose really work.

I don't think diet or supplementation will do much in my case, I was kind of joking with the eggs and whey. Lol. I already eat from 8-12 eggs daily and use whey in some meals as well as pre- workout.

Nice....

That's one thing I miss from my old gym is the reverse hyper machine.

I have a question for you that I'll send via PM.

it's been too long with that injury... I know it sucks but it's time to see a doctor CFD! I messed up my shoulder at the beginning but it's all good now... got a friend with the same situation and he ended up with surgery... but he getting back at the gym now...

Well everyone. I've got a story for you all. For those that followed the previous fat loss threads know that a couple of years back I had some sort of blackout. I was in the hospital for a week and wore monitors for nearly a month. I have not had a repeat although I have come close. I was diagnosed with several issues that turned out to be false. The episodes happen rarely but always seemed to be triggered when lying under a vehicle, doing hyperextensions and a few other activities but no tests ever showed anything. Well, a few weeks ago I had several days in a row with the problem so I've been in and out of the hospital for testing, main reason I've been scarce around here, this time neurological. Still nothing. Around the same time is when my shoulder pain started, I was at that time painting my house. While in the hospital WED. for an eeg I was discussing my problem with a neurologist and she asked me if anyone has ever looked at my neck as she things that it's possible there is something going on there. One of the things first mentioned was a problem in my neck but it was dismissed with the other miss-diagnosis. Well, today is the eye opener. I woke up early this morning with a nasty pain in my neck but it subsided rather quickly and I went back to sleep. Halfway through the day I realized that my shoulder feels unbelievable. It's not 100% by any means but I have full range of motion and minimal pain and my neck feels great. I have a meeting with my neurologist next week and my focus will be on my neck for sure.
